Employee Of The Month At The Dumb Bitch Factory Shirt – Funny Workplace Graphic Tee
Employee Of The Month At The Dumb Bitch Factory Shirt turns workplace recognition into a bold, self-deprecating joke. Made for people who laugh at their own questionable decisions, this statement tee delivers instant personality for casual outfits, parties, group hangouts, and amusing gift occasions.
The Story Behind The Shirt
The phrase grew through internet humor built around imaginary workplace titles, chaotic personal choices, and exaggerated “employee of the month” awards. Social posts have helped spread variations of the saying, including jokes about winning the title repeatedly or recruiting new workers for the fictional factory.
Retro Typography With A Playful Attitude
Large pink lettering gives “Employee” and “Month” immediate visual impact, while dark outlining creates depth against the light shirt. Smaller centered wording connects the complete phrase, and the flowing bottom line adds a cheeky vintage finish. The result feels nostalgic, expressive, and easy to notice without needing extra graphics.
