Cancellation & Modification Policy

At Alterbabe, every item is made to order. This means production begins specifically for you after your purchase is confirmed. Because of this customized process, order changes and cancellations are subject to a strict time window.

Order Modifications

You may request changes to your order within 6 hours of placing it, including size changes, color changes, design adjustments, and shipping address corrections.

Modifications can only be made if the order has not yet entered production.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order for a full refund within 6 hours of placing it, provided the order has not entered production. After 6 hours or once production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

Why Changes Are Limited

Because Alterbabe operates under a print-on-demand model, materials are prepared specifically for your item, printing begins based on your selected design, and production costs are immediately incurred. Custom-made products cannot be restocked or resold.
