1. Pricing and Currency

All prices on alterbabe.com are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices include the cost of the product but do not include shipping fees, applicable taxes, or any customs duties for international orders.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Once an order is placed, the price at the time of checkout is final.

3. Billing Authorization

Charges from your order may appear on your bank or credit card statement as Alterbabe.

5. Order Confirmation

6. Failed or Declined Transactions

If your payment is declined, please verify your payment information and try again. If the issue persists, contact your bank or use an alternative payment method. Alterbabe reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment cannot be successfully processed.

7. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refunds Policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

8. Taxes and Customs Duties

For domestic orders within the United States, applicable sales tax may be calculated based on the shipping address.

For international orders, any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. We ship under a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) policy.

9. Order Modifications

Order modifications and cancellations are subject to our Cancellation & Modification Policy. Requests must be submitted within 6 hours of placing the order.
