Return & Refund Policy

All Alterbabe products are made-to-order. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date the order is marked as delivered if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective
• You receive the wrong item
• The size, design, or material differs significantly from your confirmed order
• The item significantly differs from the product description

We may request photo or video evidence to verify the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

• Incorrect size selection made during checkout
• Change of mind after purchase
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Items returned without prior authorization

3. Order Cancellation & Modification

You may cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. After 6 hours, cancellation is no longer possible.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

Step 1: Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.

Step 2: Include your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

Step 3: Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.

Important: Do not send items back without written confirmation from our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for refund.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return request is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you do not see the refund after this period, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us for assistance.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Alterbabe covers all return shipping costs. Customers are not required to pay any shipping fees when returning an item.

Once your return is approved by our support team, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange the return at no cost to you.

7. Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please place a new order.
